ALO & Big Light Tour

ALO TOUR d’AMOUR III WITH BIG LIGHT

ALO will be setting out on their third annual Tour d’Amour through California this February 7-15. The tour will begin at the opening weekend of The Fox Theater in Oakland where the band will support Michael Franti & Spearhead. San Francisco rockers Big Light will join ALO for the remainder of the tour after a recent sold-out pairing in S.F.

Being praised for their rousing performances during their recent New Years Eve shows (read our review here), critics raved that ALO is “a band with a crazy amount of hooks, buckets of charm and talent… exciting stuff that’s not remotely hard to get into.”

Continuing in the spirit of love, compassion and music, a portion of proceeds from the Tour d’Amour will be donated to Bay Area-based organization Music in Schools Today (MuST). MuST is the Bay Area’s answer to the program-cutting crisis in music education, serving over 10,000 children and youth annually. A nightly raffle will feature donated prizes from tour sponsors such as Jay Alders, Zola Acai, Simple, Original Skateboards, Okoto and reapandsow.
