The Allman Betts Band Share ‘Shinin’’ Video, Cancel 3 European Concerts & Expand North American Tour

The Allman Betts Band have released the official music video for “Shinin’,” off the band’s debut 2019 record Down To The River. The group has also canceled a trio of upcoming European tour dates, citing Devon Allman‘s need to recover after a surprise appendectomy.

The video for “Shinin'” was originally premiered via Classic Rock Germany. The six-and-a-half-minute clip features an extended introduction, with Allman and Duane Betts first reconvening and offering life updates after a time apart. From there, the full band joins up in a rehearsal space to work through the rollicking number. Watch the Devon Williams-directed visual below:

In other news, The Allman Betts Band are currently in the midst of their European Summer Tour 2019. Due to Allman’s surprise appendectomy, the group has canceled their show tonight, July 30, in Berlin, as well as the July 31 show in Nurnberg, Germany, and the August 3 show in London. The group will return to the road on August 9, where they’ll support John Fogerty at Westbrook, Maine’s Maine Savings Pavilion at Rock Row. Additionally, the ABB expanded their upcoming fall tour with over a dozen new dates, including performances in Massachusetts, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Kentucky.
