Alabama Shakes Announce Spring Tour

Alabama Shakes have added a batch of new concerts to their upcoming tour itinerary. The band has confirmed 10 dates that has them appearing on both coasts across April and May.
Frontwoman Brittany Howard and the band will make two stops in Tennessee including Nashville and Chattanooga, two stops in North Carolina including Charlotte and Asheville, and two stops in Florida in Ybor City and St. Augustine. The Shakes will also appear in Charleston, South Carolina and Athens, Georgia as part of the Southeastern swing of the tour. After a multi-week break the group will appear at Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, Alabama on the weekend of May 20 – 22 and then head west for a spot at the Sasquatch! festival in Washington state over Memorial Day Weekend. Alabama Shakes will then play a show at Les Schwab Amphitheater in Bend, Oregon on May 27 and a one in Canada in Burnaby, British Columbia at Festival Lawn at Deer Lake Park on May 28.
Dylan LeBlanc will open the Southeast run, while Kurt Vile & The Violators will open the show in Canada. A pre-sale for tickets to the Spring Tour begins tomorrow, Wednesday, January 20 at 12 p.m. ET. Head here for more information.
