Afropunk Brooklyn Announces 2019 Lineup

The 2019 Afropunk Brooklyn music festival will take place at Brooklyn’s Commodore Barry Park August 24 – 25. Organizers of the genre-defying event, who also host installments of Afropunk in four other cities around the world, announced this year’s lineup.
Kamasi Washington, Gary Clark Jr., Leon Bridges, FKA twigs and Jill Scott top the lineup. Toro Y Moi, Death rips, Earthgang, Junglepussy and Santigold are among the other performers set to play Afropunk Brooklyn 2019. Check out the full lineup below.
