Aerosmith’s Joe Perry Cancels Fall Tour 2018

Earlier this month, Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry was hospitalized after suffering from shortness of breath backstage at Madison Square Garden in New York City following a guest appearance with Billy Joel. Perry was set to embark on a fall tour starting on November 30. The tour has been canceled while the legendary guitarist recovers.
Joe Perry, who doctors have released from care, will take the rest of the year off. His tour was expected to span November 30 – December 15. Perry “would like to apologize to the fans who were planning on coming to the shows and looks forward to seeing them again in 2019,” reads a note from the guitarist.
