Watch Adrianne Lenker & Nick Hakim’s Shimmering ‘Anything’ Performance From Electric Lady

Big Thief‘s Adrianne Lenker shared a video of her song “Anything” recorded with Nick Hakim. The duo captured the performance at New York City’s famed Electric Lady Studio in Greenwich Village.
Lenker has been rolling out video from the Electric Lady sessions over the past few weeks, previously sharing “Sadness As A Gift” and “Ruined,” both from her new album, Bright Future, which arrived on March 22 and saw contributions from frequent collaborator Nick Hakim.

The Big Thief guitarist also turned to her 2020 double release, songs and instrumentals, during her Electric Lady session, which took place on January 31. Lenker was joined by Hakim on piano and vocals for a gorgeous rendition of the songs cut, “Anything.”
