Actress Kristen Wiig Makes Surprise Appearance At Petty Fest In Los Angeles

On Tuesday night the Fonda in Los Angeles hosted Night One of this year’s Petty Fest tribute to the music of Tom Petty. House band The Cabin Down Below Band was led by an eclectic group of performers that included Brett Dennen, The Shelters, Dhani Harrison, Elvis Perkins, Jonathan Tyler, Brandon Boyd and Jakob Dylan for a mix of Tom Petty’s hits and deep cuts. Vocalist Norah Jones was tapped to sing a pair of the Florida native’s songs and brought out actress and former Saturday Night Live star Kristen Wiig to lend a hand.

Wiig sang with Norah Jones and The Cabin Down Below Band on “You Don’t Know How It Feels” and “Time To Move On” towards the end of the evening. Watch footage captured by 2112rushfanatic:
