311 and Dirty Heads will combine forces for a co-headlining tour this summer. The two bands will focus on amphitheaters over the course of the 29-date jaunt, which features The Interrupters as support on select dates.

The cross-country tour begins at The Rose Music Center At The Heights in Dayton, Ohio on July 2. Additional Midwest dates follow before the bands head to the Northeast for shows in Hartford; Boston; Darien Lake, New York; Gilford, New Hampshire; Holmdel, New Jersey; Wantagh, New York and Columbia, Maryland. 311 and Dirty Heads then make their way down the East Coast for gigs in North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. A run of Texas dates comes next and the tour hits Arizona and the West Coast ahead of the tour-closing show in Salt Lake City on August 20.

311’s feature film Enlarged To Show Detail 3 will be screened tonight at 240 theaters across the country in honor of 311 Day (March 11). A new 311 album is due this summer. The currently untitled LP is available for pre-order here. Check out a taste of the record below:

Tickets go on sale this Friday, March 22 at 10 a.m. local time via LiveNation.com.
