John Mayer Joins Phil Lesh & Friends At Terrapin Crossroads

Mayer, who was recently photographed with Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir and Phish bassist Mike Gordon, is sharing the stage with Lesh on bass along with guitarists Stu Allen and Scott Metzger, keyboardist Scott Guberman, drummers Pete Lavezzoli and Alex Koford and vocalist Jeannette Ferber.
Tonight at Terrapin Crossroads in San Rafael, California, Phil Lesh & Friends are continuing their celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Grateful Dead by honoring each of the years the band was in action, with tonight’s focus on 1977. Phil & crew are in the midst of performing The Dead’s famed May 8, 1977 show at Barton Hall on the campus of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with an unannounced surprise Friend, guitarist John Mayer.
