The eBay auctions will feature a pair of tickets for each show, including GA floor and reserved seating with bids beginning at face value. In addition to the auctions, the Fare Thee Well concerts will also included a dedicated area called Participation Row featuring each of the band-selected charities for fans to interact with. Other activities in Participation Row will include a silent auction for a one-of-a-kind D’Angelico commemorative guitar signed by all the performers, a food drive from the hunger organization Conscious Alliance, and the distribution of free, limited edition Fare Thee Well postcards illustrated by longtime Grateful Dead poster artists.
Participation Row is being organized by HeadCount and will host such organizations as Surfrider, The Owsley Stanley Foundation, The Hidden Wings School, Love Hope, Strength, REVERB, Oxfam, Represent.US, The Multidisciplinary Association for the Study of Psychedelics and Rock the Earth.
