Follow Friday is a new weekly feature spotlighting must-follow music-centric Twitter accounts.

Singer-songwriter Ryan Adams is currently touring through Europe before returning stateside for a run of dates this spring. Whether overseas or closer to home, Adams keeps his followers close to the action while on tour through his Twitter account, @TheRyanAdams. Fans that tweet him about a show are frequently retweeted to his 21.7K followers often resulting in a crowd sourced review forming in his timeline.


Adams played Wolverhampton Civic Hall in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom February 28 and you can get a sense of what went down at the show through tweets from fans in attendance retweeted by Adams. 








Sharing behind-the-scenes aspects of the production behind a tour is a common theme in Adams’ tweets.





And he shares thoughts and moments of what he does around a city when not at the venue.

Last October Adams took to Twitter to elicit suggestions for Grateful Dead videos after sharing some of his favorites, resulting in an onslaught of suggestions from Deadheads (and we shared our favorites as well).

Ryan Adams plays the second of two shows tonight at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin, Ireland, tickets are available here. He returns to the U.S. in April with an appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival April 12 and again April 19.
