Steve Kimock To Lead Garcia Tribute In December

Last December guitarist Steve Kimock led a tribute to the roots and R & B wing of Jerry Garcia’s repertoire for a sold-out run of shows at Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley, California. Kimock and his ensemble will reprise the tribute aboard Jam Cruise 13 in January, but before that they’ll bring the performances back to Sweetwater for a three-night stand.

Kimock will team with his longtime Zero band mate bassist Bobby Vega as well as Furthur/RatDog keyboardist Jeff Chimenti, Jerry Garcia drummer Bill Vitt, ALO guitarist Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz and Steve’s drummer son John Morgan Kimock for performances on December 5 -7 at the Mill Valley club.
