When Chum played their first live date in December of 2010 on a rainy Tuesday night in North Beach, nobody in the band knew what to expect. Phish fans are notoriously difficult to please, Phish music is notoriously difficult to play and with the real band firmly back in touring mode, there were questions about whether people would come out to see anything but the actual band.
