Perpetual Groove Releases Winter 2007 Tour Dates
3rd Album to Be Released In Spring
 Perpetual Groove |
With the current Midwest tour winding down, and the New Year's weekend just on the horizon, Perpetual Groove has confirmed a series of dates to help kick off their 2007 tour following their appearance on Jam Cruise 5. Perpetual Groove returns to the Northeast in mid-January with shows scheduled through mid-February in the region before the band heads for the West Coast. The band returns to the Southeast to welcome the spring season in March, and will once again be performing at The 5th annual Langerado Music Festival in Sunrise, Florida followed by two nights at Atlanta's Variety Playhouse.
Perpetual Groove's third studio effort, LIVELOVEDIE, co-produced with Robert Hannon and recorded at Tree Sound Studios is slated for release in early Spring 2007. The record is the first release under the newly formed Tree Leaf Music and was recorded in its entirety using renewable energy credits, hence making it the first carbonless album for both Perpetual Groove and Tree Leaf Music. The album includes such road tested favorites as "It Starts Where It Ends" and "Crapshoot," as well as newer material that have not yet been performed live.
Perpetual Groove won't be stopping to catch their breath anytime soon. The band will continue their rigorous tour schedule throughout the Spring, culminating in their annual Memorial Day weekend fest, Amberland, details of which will be announced before the end of the year. Currently the band is headed back down from the Midwest building the momentum toward their epic New Years run which is two nights in Athens, GA (29+30) at the Georgia Theatre and NYE at The Music Farm in Charleston, SC. 2007 launches with an appearance on Jam Cruise 5 as well as a slew of band-oriented activities including a Craps Tournament and the chance to see members of the band take part in the Bandmates game, a funny take off the popular Newlyweds Game.
Tickets for Perpetual Groove's 2007 tour dates will go on sale through PGroove Netix on December 15th, 2006.
