PGROOVE WINTER DATES

Perpetual Groove Releases Winter 2007 Tour Dates
3rd Album to Be Released In Spring

Perpetual Groove
With the current Midwest tour winding down, and the New Year's weekend just on the horizon, Perpetual Groove has confirmed a series of dates to help kick off their 2007 tour following their appearance on Jam Cruise 5. Perpetual Groove returns to the Northeast in mid-January with shows scheduled through mid-February in the region before the band heads for the West Coast. The band returns to the Southeast to welcome the spring season in March, and will once again be performing at The 5th annual Langerado Music Festival in Sunrise, Florida followed by two nights at Atlanta's Variety Playhouse.

Perpetual Groove's third studio effort, LIVELOVEDIE, co-produced with Robert Hannon and recorded at Tree Sound Studios is slated for release in early Spring 2007. The record is the first release under the newly formed Tree Leaf Music and was recorded in its entirety using renewable energy credits, hence making it the first carbonless album for both Perpetual Groove and Tree Leaf Music. The album includes such road tested favorites as "It Starts Where It Ends" and "Crapshoot," as well as newer material that have not yet been performed live.

Perpetual Groove won't be stopping to catch their breath anytime soon. The band will continue their rigorous tour schedule throughout the Spring, culminating in their annual Memorial Day weekend fest, Amberland, details of which will be announced before the end of the year. Currently the band is headed back down from the Midwest building the momentum toward their epic New Years run which is two nights in Athens, GA (29+30) at the Georgia Theatre and NYE at The Music Farm in Charleston, SC. 2007 launches with an appearance on Jam Cruise 5 as well as a slew of band-oriented activities including a Craps Tournament and the chance to see members of the band take part in the Bandmates game, a funny take off the popular Newlyweds Game.

Tickets for Perpetual Groove's 2007 tour dates will go on sale through PGroove Netix on December 15th, 2006.

Sucks to crappy Perpetual Groove and all other American bands who won't make the trip over the border to Canada. Toronto is bigger then all of those cities excluding New York. What a rip!

Man, I was hoping they'd come back to Michigan after the SICK P Groove show last night with Jam Samich. My socks must be somewhere in the Magic Stick, cuz they knocked 'em off.

Last time I saw P-Groove I had to leave after 3 songs due to unfortunate circumstances. I've been fiending for a little less than a year now!

I'm glad they're playing the 8x10 this time too. Such an intimate room.

Just caught these guys last month for 2 incredible nights down in S. Florida and they kicked ass - each time I see them they get better and better so definitely check 'em out if you haven't already. Was lucky enough to interview the band as well and they couldn't have been more accomodating. If you're bored with nothing to do, check out what they have to say at:

It's official: P Groove has the best booking agent in the history of humanity. ANY band could succeed if they had this lineup of gigs. Struggling bands out there: find out who this booking agent is and hire him.

PGroove is the best thing going right now. I see 8-10 shows a month, was at Wakarusa, Roo, Gathering, Camp Bisco and moe.down so I have seen a lot of groups that are touring right now.

I see the west coast. Is that a new addition? Trey, moe., NMAS, the Stones, Wilco, Kings of Leon, the Black Crowes, and the Chili Peppers have all discovered Pgroove uncharted terrain in Texas, and have sold out. Pgroove rules, I love them. They travel like a dog chained to his east coast doghouse.

I kinda got screwed though. it said the show in st. louis was on december 9th which was a saturday, so of course i asked off work. i found out the show was on friday that night and was too late to see it. jambase just had the wrong information. I was pretty bummed, but i think i'm going to drive out to denver to catch their two night extravaganza.

Stop whining about not enough dates in bumblecrap Kansas and Idaho. This tour is ridiculous as it is and if they add one more date the wheels are going to fall off their van. I can't believe anyone would look at this tour and suggest they are not touring the west hard enough. This is the most extensive tour in the history of Jambase. West coast people stop whining cause you have better bands out there anyway. Nobody comes to Atlanta anymore and you don't hear us whining. The scene here has gone to shit and everyone knows it - that's why P Groove is in such a hurry to play anyplace BUT the ATL.
