Never one to shy away from striking while the iron is hot, Falcor and Friends, the bay area based production company is back at it with a whole new bag of tricks.
Spanksgiving: A Disco Seuss Extravaganza is set to take place at 12 Galaxies in San Francisco's Mission district Friday and Saturday December 8th and 9th. This weekend in particular is making San Francisco quite the hot spot in the live music scene as Trey Anastasio and the latest incarnation of his band will be at The Warfield on Friday night, as well as The Disco Biscuits at the Independent, both Friday and Saturday. Fear not says Falcor, for Spanksgiving is the San Francisco late night for all those kids wandering out of the other shows and still looking for a good old fashioned spanking.
The 1st Course being served on Friday night will include the Underground Orchestra, a very special first time performance of the Brogan/Feinstein Organ and Drums Duo aka The Juo and two sets from Moonshine Still (MsS). Attendees can expect many special guests throughout the night.
The 2nd Course will feature Motion Potion, two sets from Stanton Moore Trio and another two sets from the U.K.'s New Mastersounds. Expect to find the 12 Galaxies transformed into a psychedelic Seuss wonderland that will keep you reeling all the way till 4:30am each night! These two nights are structured for the ultimate late night experience...
