JamCam Season Three IS ON and will be kicking off with a Jam Cruise 5 DOUBLE DVD special edition!
JamCam Chronicles Director Tom Ledermann has had his sights set on Jam Cruise since the popular festival-focused DVD series shot its first event almost three years ago. "Jam Cruise and JamCam Chronicles are arguably THE two most unique entities our scene has to offer" says Ledermann "and it was really only a matter of time before we got together. This truly is a marriage made in hippie-heaven."
The Jammy award nominated Director also points out that Jam Cruise will mark JamCam's first double DVD effort since JamCam's inception. "Our second season offerings have been averaging more than two-and-a-half hours each, but this one's gonna be a monster! If any event is worthy of the double DVD treatment, it's got to be Jam Cruise."
As always, Ledermann and his staff will be looking for enthusiastic volunteers to "host" the show, so interested "cruisers" are being asked to be on the lookout for the JamCam crew (they're the guys with the video cameras and the JamCam T-shirts) and to speak up!
JamCam will be announcing the roster for the Jam Cruise 5 edition in the weeks to come, and while the official release date for the DVD has yet to be determined (late spring is the goal) all Jam Cruise edition and Season Three pre-orders taken between December 1st and 15th will be sent a FREE 2005 Jerry Garcia B'Day Bash DVD (w/RatDog, The Codetalkers, Ekoostik Hookah, The David Nelson Band and more!) just in time to stuff the stocking and hold over the wait.
JamCam Chronicles DVDs can be ordered individually, or at a heavily discounted subscription rate online at the JamCam Chronicles website or toll-free at (877) JamCam1. Enjoy these full-length performance clips from JamCam Season Two:
