Bay Area Musicians Collaborate to Rock the Earth!
Colorado-based nonprofit Rock the Earth announces a benefit concert featuring many of Northern California's finest musicians on Sunday, September 17 from Noon to 6:30 in the Jerry Garcia Amphitheater in San Francisco's McLaren Park. The benefit is free, but a donation of $25 is recommended, with proceeds benefiting Rock the Earth's ongoing efforts to Defend the Planet One Beat at a Time.

Rock the Earth is a Colorado-based environmental nonprofit organization that works closely with the music industry and its fans to defend America's precious natural resources. Rock the Earth is currently involved in litigation against the National Park Service in an effort to protect wilderness qualities in Grand Canyon National Park.
Rock the Earth has partnered extensively with bands and musicians such as Bonnie Raitt, Dave Matthews, Jack Johnson, Michael Franti and Spearhead, and Bon Jovi.
