JOHN "JOJO" HERMANN WORKING DOUBLE TIME

John "Jojo" Hermann, keyboardist for Widespread Panic, has been a busy musician lately. Widespread Panic is currently in an Athens, GA studio finishing up their individual parts for an upcoming studio release due out later this year on Sanctuary Records. John Keane is producing and editing for the new Panic CD project and his work is set to be done mid-April, therefore, we may see the release come as early as this summer. In addition to his work with Panic, Jojo has also collaborated with members of the North Mississippi All Stars for a solo album titled Smiling Assassin. Jojo is joined by Luther and Cody Dickinson of NMAS, Gary Hudson of Blue Mountain, George McConnell of Kudzu Kings. and his buddy from Widespread Panic, Todd Nance, on drums. Smiling Assassin is scheduled for a April 10th release on Fat Possum Records.
