The freakishly talented axe-grinder we call Buckethead, has put together a new band and set up a 28-date fall tour. Earlier this year, Buckethead toured with longtime collaborators Pinchface on drums and Delray Brewer on bass. For the upcoming dates, Buckethead has enlisted the help of drummer Rene and bassist That 1 Guy (who served as the opening act for Buckethead last spring).

i think they should get the Magic Burps to open up and do some shows for them, the Magic Burps now have the talentless Adrian Jude on feedback guitar, some noise man.

I met Buckethead last week at the National Guitar Workshop, and I met That 1 Guy in March. Both were awesome, I'll be at the Philly show.

Anyone have a clue who Rene the drummer is? Anyone who hasn't seen either Buckethead or That 1 Guy desperately needs to see this show. Agreed that Pinchface will be missed. As a drummer myself, he was always one of my favorite to watch. So much energy... having so much fun... what a raving lunatic :)

I've been a fan of Silverman (That1Guy) and Buckethead for some time now. I'm definetely excited to see them together, although it sounds like Silverman will be putting up the magic pipe for a bass?

I'm debating if I should catch them in Lawrence over STS9 in Illinois. I'll definetely be at the Dallas show in October though. Everyone needs to support these two incredible artists!

Oh yeah, I would also assume that it's Rene Creemers... but I guess we'll have to wait and see until the Lawrence show
