HARMONY FEST 2006: PHOTO GALLERY

The 28th annual Harmony Festival (formerly called the Health and Harmony Festival) took place June 9th-11th in Santa Rosa, CA, combining eclectic and popular music with holistic vendors, spiritual advisors, organic foods, alternative energy sources, non-profit organizations, and a market where clothing, art, and goods were available for sale.

The festival kicked off with the 2nd annual Norbay Awards presentation, including awards for Hot Buttered Rum, New Monsoon, and Bob Weir. Late night shows featured Bob Weir and Ratdog, Hot Buttered Rum, Sound Tribe Sector Nine, and a techno tribal dance on Saturday night offered circus-like aerial performers, DJs, and electronica.

What a beautiful event...anytime you can blend music from the likes of Robert Hunter's ZERO.. and cover topics like sustainable energy and permaculture...with the backdrop of California's Sonoma county wine country it's a winner! I wish I didn't go to the Haight street fair on Sunday!

STS9 doin big things, the energy that Ratdog left was transcended into one of the sickest STS9 shows i saw all year, we love you guys and thank you

good pics, thanks for the little flashback. yeah the friday tribe show was absolutely unreal. hot buttered rum was good, ratdog played a nice show, and then sts9 came out and anihilated that shit with a longggg ass 1 set show. techno tribal was good to, with a short but really good sts9 show. spearhead was great too, I accidentally fell asleep early in the afternoon and when i woke up i saw the time and according to the schedule spearhead only had like 5 minutes left. i was totally bummed but decided to get up and head over to the stage anyway. boy am i glad i did, he musta started real late cause he still played for over an hour after i got there. magic weekend in beautiful california. can't wait for sts9 to put up the soundboards for the shows. peace y'all

Great show and Great People, the drive from Portland was well worth it!Getting tickets from will call took about
4 hour,Other than that I had a blast!Lyrics Born Rocked it!
