I know right, siri, whatever happened with them - Kimock and Vega?

I guess the fallout between them after KVHW broke up was not pretty. Bobby's absence from this reunion pisses me off, but I think I'll have to make the trek regardless.

Does anyone know what Bobby does these days? Last project I heard he was involved in was the Big Easy.

I, personally, am looking forward to these shows. While Vega is my hero, Hanrahann is a good bass player, I heard him in S.F. with Melvin Seals and Martin Fierro. This show should be great!

These shows will be smokin! It is sad about Bobby but Liam also played on the album and is very solid. I talked with Cervantes mgt and the tickets are going fast, get em before they are gone! Hey maybe Bobby will make a guest appearence...

Besides skb, are there any purely instrumental kimock projects? I know kvhw was strictly instrumental at one point. Does anyone know the exact dates? What about zero, did they ever go through any instrumental phases?

I believe Bobby's infamous comment was "at least I used to have a V" when KVHW disbanded, and became "The Steve Kimock Band". Looking forward to these shows regardless...

Don't sweat the Bobby V, thing. Yes, he is amazing, but Liam Hanrahan is as fine a bass player as you can get. Look at who you are getting, any one of these players is worth seeing. All together, it will be a night to remember.
Art is not a competition, so I would never say one musician is "better" than another. If you love music, go to the show. Liam has a long history of playing with all of these folks, and you will not be disappointed. If you will be offended by Bobby's absence, leave the ticket for someone who can appreciate the music...

A Zero reunion is HUGE news! These shows will be EPIC. Look for tunes like Forever is Nowhere, Horses, and Golden Road. People will be traveling from all over the states for these 3 nights at the intimate Cervantes.

Epic is not the word it my frends.... NOKAOE None Higher.......! The best in the world. I was there and taped all 3 nights and am happy to have had the honor to soak up the sounds. The tones were like nothing words can discribe. Zero fits you like your favorite jeans...... Comfort in numbers is better then any solo kimock project. Yes, I missed Bobby Vega & hope that he can solve his issues with Steve. or vise, versa.... Liem was outstainding and filled bobby's position very well. Jon Kimock & Greg Anton were tight and it was a pleasure to see them drum together. I hope this is the start of a new generation of ZERO. Martin was fantastic, he's all knowing as far as balance goes for the band. Judge & Donna were a blessing and there voices held the thoughts & songs all together for me. Arnie's voice and guitar work was stellar as well. Pete sears, wow what and ending. I loved the enc. the last night. WOW Huge paino sounds were vivid and strong. I love you guys and hope you will please think about holding it together as united front for a while. The ZERO CHILDREN NEED IT.......Please book a national run east to west again. ZERO MUST LAST FOREVER. Your #1 Fan Toni F.

I saw the Thursday show, we drove from Iowa in Spring break. It was stellar, though less well attended than I had predicted. Does anyone know anyone who has posted the show online? Otherwise I'd love to trade some Zero or other shows for a copy of (especially Thursday's) show. be well all.
