A message from Brendan McGinn, AGP's lead singer and guitar/trumpet player:
Hello AGP Nation,
On Saturday we said goodbye to John Hall in celebratory fashion at a wonderful service in our hometown of Wellesley, MA, bringing his friends and family together from all over the country. We toasted him into the night with countless stories and unrestrained laughter, and thanks to all of the AGP fans who have reached out to us and John's family, the healing will be a little bit easier to endure. The flood of message board posts, emails, and letters were an enormous boost to everyone here at AGP headquarters, and per John's request, the music that brings us all together will continue.

That said, AGP will be returning to the stage this Friday evening, December 10, for a special show at the Pearl St. Ballroom in Northampton, MA. The following week on Friday, December 17, we will be returning to the Collins Center in Andover, MA for a rare all ages Greater Boston area show.
We'll then head in for the holidays to rest up for the MOUNTAIN TOUR. We will be bringing in 2005 in the beautiful Rocky and Grand Teton Mountains where we will rock, ski a bit, and sleep even less for the sake of rocking even more. NYE will be in beautiful Jackson Hole, WY, but on either side of the big night we will be in equally gorgeous territory throughout Colorado and Utah so join us, won't you please?
There will be less touring to start out 2005 with the majority of our shows being in the Northeast states. We'll start things off with a two night stand up in Montreal, QC at Le Swimming on January 14 and 15. Return trips to the Paradise in Boston and Revolution Hall in Troy, NY will be in order as well as a first time visit to the brand new Higher Ground in Burlington, VT.
Details for 2005, as well as updates on the status of the new album and DVD project will come early in the new year. Until then, RELAX, have an egg nog, and spend some time with friends and family.
