Everyone's favorite West Coast summer get down has announced the initial line up for 2004. The High Sierra Music Festival is coming up on their 14th year and after signing a five-year contract with Plumas County to hold the festival at the Plumas County Fairgrounds annually through the year 2008 they are more excited than ever.
