"Live In Seattle is bound to the funkier grind… a rewarding session,
certainly the group's best." — Stuart Nicholson, JazzTimes, November 2002
"From the percolating, straight-up funk of "Let's Get Mashed" to
the woozy avant-fusion of "In The Lounge," Zony Mash keeps listeners
guessing with shifting melodies and textures. Live In Seattle is a wild
ride, alternately in-the-pocket and out of hand." — Mark Woodlief, Portland
