On Wednesday, May 22, OM Trio will be taking the stage at the legendary House of Blues in Cambridge, MA. The concert is part of a two-month tour (40+ shows) that is taking OM Trio to some of the best venues across the country. Adding to the evening, members of Boston’s Addison Groove Project will be putting together a one-time-only band to open the show.
AGP’s Brendan McGinn, Rob Marscher, and Andrew Keith will be performing songs that McGinn wrote for his senior thesis at Brown University. Having just graduated college, this show will be McGinn’s debut of the material. With Addison Groove Project having graduated from playing the House of Blues, this opening set will give AGP fans a chance to see the band members back in this great venue.
OM Trio’s national tour has many highlights including a recent blow out at the legendary Maple Leaf in New Orleans during JazzFest, an upcoming slot on the All Good Music Festival, and headlining shows in New York City, Austin, Chicago, Asheville, Atlanta, Boulder, Seattle, Boston and all points in between. With each tour they do, OM Trio continues to build their reputation as one of the hardest working groups on the road today.
The concert on May 22 at the House of Blues is an 18+ event and will cost $7. The Addison Groove Side Project will take the stage at 9PM and OM Trio will play one long set beginning at approximately 10:30PM.
