It's official, the Farmapalooza 2002 music and camping festival is
set for groovin' on June 14th and 15th. Once again, this grassroots
event will be nestled in the beautiful back woods of Black River
Falls, WI. As in years past, the fest will highlight some of the most
groundbreaking and dynamic bands in the Midwest. In addition to a
stacked line-up of regional artists, Farmapalooza 2002 will also
feature several eccentric national acts. Two stages of music will
feature everything from bluegrass to funk, roots reggae, rock, jazz,
and groove.
What began as a backyard party has now blossomed into one of the most
anticipated music festivals in the area. This year the farmers are
taking the event to a whole new level, while maintaining the same
sense of unity and magic of festivals past. The tradition is still the
same, but the vibes are growing stronger, and the music is getting
hotter.
To get everyone in the festive mood, there are a series of pre-shows
lined up that will highlight some of the acts performing at
Farmapalooza. After the seeds are sown in the Farma pre-shows, come
harvest some of the weekend excitement at Farmapalooza 2002. A
fantastic festival line-up will include:
