UTAH GETS ITS FREAK ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

The Moab Desert will come alive with the sound of good music May 22-24, 2009, when the Desert Rocks Music Festival returns. Visit the fest’s official site for a teaser video for this year’s intimate gathering of top-notch regional acts. This smaller festival has a great nose for talent, and while some of the names on the roster may be unfamiliar, past Desert Rocks show the organizers know a good band when they hear ’em.

Tickets are on sale now at the special St. Patty’s Day price of $75 but only until 11:59 pm tomorrow, March 16. After that the price goes up to $85 until April 15.
