The Beantownshows list is a group of over 150 dedicated, often times satirical, jamband fans and concert goers that belong to an email list generally discussing the Boston improvisational music scene, including the many national acts that frequent the area. Participants attend shows in the local area encompassing many genres, often times posting reviews of the shows online via the listserv.
