Pnuma Trio is proud to announce the release of their debut studio album Character> on 1320 Records. Character is available for download on now at www.1320Records.com. The label that is headed by the members of Sound Tribe Sector 9 is building quite a bit of momentum and Pnuma is excited to call 1320 home.

The album highlights the electronica infused hip-hop sound that the band has been cultivating since they formed in late 2004. Character includes many never before heard songs including a special bonus track featuring Crown City Rockers MC Raashan Ahmad. The band will be hitting the summer festival circuit hard this with standout plays at Rothbury, All Good, Starscape Festival, and Camp Bisco. The Pnuma Trio still young in age are no longer the new kids on the scene. Their sound and energetic live show has always been ahead of the curve, and with the release of Character there are no signs of slowing down.

Haha, I dig Bisco but think it's ridiculous that people would actually buy those Brownstein bobble head dolls. They freakin' give away tens of thousands of those things at baseball games and shit like that. Spend your $20 on something else, like supporting some up and coming bands or a dealer in the lot. Whatever. Fuck it dude, let's go bowling.

track with the MC is decent. the rest sounds pretty similar. props to sts9 on the label. Is BoomBox next?

I've been following these guys from the very start. Their sound has evolved quite a bit. Drum n Bass is their roots, and there's a lot less DnB on the album than I would have liked, but I'm definitely diggin the new sound. And c00lmike, the stuff with Ryan Burnett from Signal Path is beyond sick! Check out the Wakarusa 06 set!

Let's go on a message board and trash the band and its fans! It doesn't really surprise me that its coming from someone who has Trey's mugshot as their jambase photo. It's not that funny. I happen to enjoy Pnuma Trio's music, I don't think they are terrible musicians, and I definetely don't like to waste money. Listen to the drummer if nothing else can be taken from their music. He's a machine.
