I'd like to see some Gordo, but Mule plays ATL all the time. I think I'll be catching P-groove with Galactic, GZA, Particle, Lotus, Eoto with Kang, Dubconcious, Booty Band, and shit load of others at Deerfields that weekend.

Pgroove Cancelled their TRinmeral performance. And supposedly GZA isn't confirmed, but they announced it anyway. This is the rumors in Asheville.

Not sure about TRinumeral, supposedly it almost got cancelled a few times alreay.

Your somewhat right Joda. It looks like P-groove is tryin to play with Mule and Gordo instead of partyin at deerfields. As far as I know though everything else including GZA is goin strong. I wonder who will replace p-groove?

trinumeral still looks like a much better weekend of music pgroove or not. go check out the arts section on the website and i don't know if anyone has spent time at of the coolest places i've seen a festival in the south. i guess the short and long of is everybody wins as long as they are out seeing some good music that weekend. i will personally be winning at deerfields.

it IS physically possible for PGroove to play Fri 8/8 or Sun 8/10 at Trinumeral in addition to's right around the amazing as that night sounds, i'd still rather be attending and excellent festie in Deerfields.....oh.....last year, saw Umph/Bisco/PGroove for $35 at the Masquerade, but they were turning people away at the door of the late night PGroove because they couldn't fit us in, even though we paid for it!!!

frankjam, no last year late night p groove was first come first serve, it was announced the same day as the dumb tour sucks you didnt get in it was amazing; dumpsta is included in the ticket so i guess they will only sell enough combo tickets for the max of people allowed into Heavan, i love masquerade, pgroove, dumpsta, umph and sts9 so ill see all you fools for 2 weekends of insanity

For the record [joda and everyone else who reads and posts here], Trinumeral is not, nor ever has been canceled. From what I understand, from the powers that be, the PGroove issue is being resolved, and we're still gonna have a fantastic time @ The Deerfields for 08-08-08.

No joke udsh. I was at tribe a few years back when they played the Masquerade outdoors, hot as living hell. I was literally drenched with sweat by the evening. Looks like I'll be layin in a mountain fed pond at deerfields while watching y music that weekend, p-groove or not.

I personally am going to Deerfields whether PGroove is playing or not. The Trinumeral line-up is fantastic! From what I hear, they haven't finished adding visual artists or musicians. I met someone involved in the festival the other day and they were talking about massive art parades, hot air balloons, aerial acrobats, circus performers, and some nationally famous sand castle expert who is going to build a 10-ton sand castle village as the festival goes on. It sounds like somehting way beyond your average jam band festival. I'm dissapointed about PGroove, because I am a big fan, but Galactic, Lotus, Particle and GZA from Wu-Tang! I've seen Gov't Mule a zillion times and Gordo without Phish just doesn't interest me personally. I checked the Trinumeral wesbite to figure out what's going on with this PGroove thing and it looks like Matt McDonald, who just left PGroove, will be sitting in with SeepeopleS.

You know I Trinume! Check this out from The Trinumeral Website:

America's love affair with music and the arts is legendary. Our culture and heritage are defined by it. The Trinumeral is a part of our culture that encompasses all of us who live it. Trinumeral Productions has provided the creative community with the one annual celebration that is a "must do" for anyone serious about life. For 2008, we will be offering the world over 40 Musical experiences, over 40 visual and performing artists, and over 3,000 people jamming the incredibly beautiful and serene Deerfields.

Trinumeral is a cosmic celebration. The idea of a day so significant should send shivers up your spine. Imagine the alignment of all people, not just for the music, not just for the art, not just for any one thing in particular. The cosmic nature of Trinumeral is celebrated because of the alignment of numbers. We need the alignment of people and our love for each other in order to celebrate Trinumeral together.

Trinumeral is a HOLIDAY, created by people who are ready to feel this way again. This will not be a festival that you will witness every year in the same way...this will be a time of rejuvenating the soul, re-energizing your life and becoming one again with all that inspires. There is no the first to become part of history on 08-08-08.
