Does anyone know what happened to Leonard "Hub" Hubbard on bass? I caught them about a week ago and the new bassist does not belong with this group. Still a good set, but it was weird seeing all the new faces.

Kenny G

Will they allow coolers at the mall for green apple?

KCReb: Hub left the band last summer rather quietly. I know he started composing music for films around the same time, so he probably left after 15+ years to pursue different avenues like the one just mentioned. I think his last show was at moe.down.

Can't wait for the Roots at the Cuthbert.

Regarding Hub, his last show was moe.down last August and let me tell you, it was sooo fucking good! i've seen the roots about 10 times and that was definitely the best show. so he left in style at least. glad to see the roots still doing their thing though!
