shouldn't it be the other way around? The only way I'd stay for Oasis is if Noel and Liam promised to throw fists at each other.

I say he misses 2 shows. Isn't that about his average?

Ryan is one of the best songwriters around right now if not the best.

With The Cardinals, the sound is at the level of 70's Grateful Dead obviously with their own distinct sound.

You all must at least check it....

YESSSSS!!!! No Oasis in Boston!! For a second I got confused and thought I had to pay mucho $$$ to see him play for 45min and then leave before Oasis went on stage.

I totally respect Ryan as a singer/songwriter, but Oasis sucks! And guess what??? They're not bigger than The Beatles and never will be!! Take that you ego heavy pop cocks!

King Rhino – you are giving them a lot of credit. I’ll go to bat for the first 2 Oasis albums (except the production sucked). Great Brit Pop on par with Monday’s and Stone Roses, but not even on the pitch with Ray.

At this point, Oasis should be shining Ryan’s boots. I saw them at 2006 ACL and they phoned it in. Not impressed.

Hey Jambase,

How about a different picture of Ryan other than the one from the 2000 Gold album that you ALWAYS use?

How about a shot of the whole band?

I suppose Ryan pissed off enough of you over a period of time that folks do not want to realize he has been clean for quite a while. That being said, I would not see Oasis if you paid for my ticket, drove me there and put a cold one in my hand. Telluride! The Cards should do a nice full tour of smaller venues and screw "supporting" tools like Oasis.

come on guys give oasis some credit they aren't a jam band but they have had some heavy tunes that are note worthy after their pop hits. Check out their Heathen chemisty or Master plan albums. I think more jam base readers just expand their musical horizon

26th row in Seattle! Could be epic. Love em both with all my heart and soul. This is truly a one of kind double bill. Can't wait.

Seriously? Ryan Adams fans hatin' on Oasis for ego, drug use and temperamental and unpredictable shows? Seriously? I guess some people have forgotten that described RA's entire career until about a year and a half-2 years ago. Oasis has made some good records, written some good songs and I'm guessing Adams is a fan and pretty stoked. Could be good.
