Bisco Food Drives: 1/17 & 18

The Disco Biscuits
The Disco Biscuits and Conscious Alliance are proud to announce another round of food drives! The Conscious Alliance will be hosting food drives January 17 at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colorado and January 18 at The Fillmore Auditorium in Denver. Conscious Alliance will be releasing a Limited Edition Linoleum Block Print for these dates. Twenty-five (25) posters will be available at each venue. Patrons that donate five non-perishable food items will receive a raffle ticket for one of five Disco Biscuits' Conscious Alliance CO Run posters, signed by the band.

Additionally, the first 100 people to donate five non-perishable food items in Denver will gain early entry into The Fillmore Auditorium.

Donation bins will be located outside of the main entrances, where Conscious Alliance volunteers will trade poster redemption vouchers for your non-perishable donations. Posters can be redeemed at the Conscious Alliance table inside the venue anytime during or after the show.

Donations of low-sodium and health food oriented products are especially encouraged. Ramen Noodles will not be accepted for raffle tickets.

Thank you for your continued support in feeding the hungry everywhere the music plays!

I'm wif you on the dry fungus bro. Not a big fan of the chocolates. You never know how little (or much) those puppys pack. You can end up pissed off, or you can end up thinking your house is on fire.

Been to a lot of Bisco/Dead/Phish/Panic shows sober. I was making a joke.

Hell, I don't even smoke the Buddah. Let me have a swig off that ale, brah...

i would bring a 1000 cans of food, if bisco never came back to colorado ever. philly/jersey is where they belong. id rather overdose on drugs than be sober at a bisco show.

Smoking buddah, huh. How do you smoke a stick of buddah again?

yeah, they're a little too rough 'round the edges for the usual sensitive Colorado greenie. better stay in jersey, biscuits, or little greenie man will hit you with his glow stick.

thats funny cause little greenie man is born and raised in new jersey. and they are more than rough around the edges. they would be alright if they kept their mouths shut. and i wont hit them with a glow stick, ill hit them with a 60 pound tank!

How dare they try to do something good? Let's talk about drugs guys! And how much we hate the Bisco kids and anyone from Jersey! *insert hilarious joke about molly or ketamine*

^^^i agree. they try to do something good and get shit on by everyone for something that has nothing to do with the article. even if you don't like the biscuits you don't have to hate on them when they are trying to help people. real quality stuff guys.

From an economic standpoint...Giving handouts will not solve the problem..Welfare, especially is pointless..You are just giving the people an incentive to not be productive..If it was up to me, I would do away with All social welfare...Does the government or me a tax payer, flip your bill? Both..Should we...FUCK NO...

once again, charity leads to flame wars on JB. jeez, let it go.........

If YOU were in a gutter and needed some help, I would toss you a can of food.

I can only hope someone would do it for me as well. Mental Illness is a primary reason lots of people are homeless, not always because they are just merely lazy. They cannot help their situation; furthermore, do u like being hungry? Probably not, it really sucks!
