I wonder if they get a "3 for the price of 1" deal for their perms.

Wolfmother is Australian and that is not really a big deal b/c I could easily understand why someone wouldn't know where Wolfmother is but I digress...this is exciting, for anyone who hasn't seen Wolfmother and is into hard rock they are a good modern rock band with the ability to go from dark to light at the drop of a dime. Some of their songs sound the same but that can probably be attributable to their unique vocal sound which for a lot of bands is a blessing and a curse. I have seen them twice and was pleasantly surprised at the range of sound they brought. "White Unicorn" is really great live...

the most dynamic hard rockin' young band I've seen in years. Amazing live energy. They put "power" back into power-trio! Great chops and songs.

I've have DVD from a German TV show they did last year and it is killer. I'm sure this DVD will be even more rockin'

their live show turned me off. very derivative classic rock served in 'pop'ish form to a bunch of drunk fratboy-types. i was more impressed by the openers of that show, silversun pickups and ESPECIALLY dead meadow. i HIGHLY recommend dead meadow, their stuff is def. more original than the sabbath/zep rip-offs by wolfmother.

If you like the '70's style hard rock, like Wolfmother and Rose Hill Drive (which is very good by the way), check out Shades of Day from Ventura, CA. They opened for Devon Allman a while back and I was very impressed. Good band!
