Members Of Talking Heads Help Out On Naive Melody

On January 29 hockey-themed band The Zambonis, a group that features famed producer Peter Katis (Trey Anastasio/The National) performed at StageOne FTC (Fairfield Theater Company) in Connecticut. At one point in the show The Zambonis diverged from their mission of playing hockey-related songs to cover a Talking Heads classic with many guests including two co- founders of Talking Heads.

For The Zambonis rendition of "This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody)" The Zambonis not only welcomed Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz of Talking Heads, but also Jason and Kori of Mates Of State and Fuzz and Carrie of Caravan Of Thieves. In addition, another one-time Talking Head, Steve Scales, played cowbell. Tina and Chris even sported custom Talking Heads hockey jerseys in the spirit of the evening.
