TOM WAITS MAKES RARE APPEARANCE
AT SUNDAY NIGHT'S STONES SHOW
Legendary rock band The Rolling Stones welcomed another Rock and Roll Hall of Fame worthy
act to share their stage last night in Oakland, when Tom Waits sat in with the band to
tackle Willie Dixon's blues standard "Little Red Rooster." Waits emerged six songs into
the band's main set to lend his distinctive growl to the tune.
Other changes from Friday night's tour opener included the additions of "Live With Me" off
of Let It Bleed, "Dead Flowers" off Sticky Fingers and the Exile On Main
Street track "All Down The Line." The San Jose State University Choraliers were the
evening's other guest, as they filled the choir role on "You Can't Always Get What You
