The Join and Duo Holiday Run

JOIN TOGETHER WITH THE BAND... or band together with the JOIN.

Benevento/Russo Duo
Either way you dissect it, we are very excited to announce a special Holiday Run with The Join and Benevento/Russo Duo. From December 27 through New Years Eve, The Join meets The Duo for four nights of exploratory improvisations along the eastern seaboard. The genesis of this collaboration began earlier this summer when the foursome wowed the late-night crowd at the Re:Generation Festival during their premiere performance. After receiving consistent requests to bring this project together again, the four musicians determined that there is no better time for reunions than the Holiday Season.

And with that, things will kick off at the Roxy in Boston on December 27, followed by shows on the 28 in Albany at Revolution Hall, and on the 29 at Sonar in Baltimore, MD. The bands will return to the Big Apple once again for a New Year's Eve spectacular at the Highline Ballroom, where they will inaugurate what is sure to be a storied history of New Years performances in this NYC hotspot.

Tickets are available now through tND Ticketing and the Benevento/Russo Duo ticketing. This pre-sale allotment is limited and will be available until September 21. Tickets will go on-sale through general ticketing outlets for 12/27-29 on Friday, September 21 at 10:00 a.m. EST, and tickets for the New Years performance will go on-sale to the general public on Saturday, September 22 at 10:00 a.m. EST.

Excellent is right! I know where I'll be for New Year's!

Hey mickrod, I don't see how this has anything to do with the Disco Biscuits' NYE plans. The Join is members of the New Deal (members of Bisco happened to play with them when they were in Philly, as the Join features local musicians filling in an empty spot left by the New Deal's bassist). Fret not, my Bisco-loving friend...there's hope for you, yet.

Kizzy- Sonar is an alright club, it holds 800-900 people and was low ceilings and gets very hot due to poor ventalation, but the sound system is top notch, I've seen many shows there including STS9 and Umphrey's Mcgee
