IN CELEBRATION OF THE RE-RELEASE OF STATION TO STATION

To celebrate the September 28 release of David Bowie’s hugely influential 1976 album Station to Station in expanded Special Edition and Deluxe Edition packages, four DJs from Los Angeles public radio station KCRW (89.9 FM and KCRW.com) have remixed the album’s lead single, “Golden Years.”

You can hear all four remixes online now exclusively at http://www.kcrw.com/bowie. The four DJs are Eric J Lawrence, Chris Douridas, DJ Jeremy Sole, and Anthony Valadez.

The “Golden Years” remix project is an extension of KCRW’s popular Soundclash series, where the station’s DJs remix a handful of songs from a favorite socially conscious artist, like Femi Kuti and Ozomatli. For more, go to http://www.kcrw.com/soundclash.
