WALTZING WITH MOOKIE!

Last Waltz Ensemble
ATLANTA GA- A stellar lineup of special guest promises to make this summer’s LAST WALTZ ENSEMBLE shows must see events in select east coast cities.

Special guests include Mookie Siegel, Jess Franklin of Tishamingo, Bobby Houck of the Blue Dogs and new face Justin Brogden.

The Last Waltz Ensemble embarks on summer touring with a June 9 date at The Visulite Theatre in Charlotte NC with feature artist Jess Franklin from the southern whiskey rock & roll band Tishamingo. The Last Waltz Ensemble is proud to present The Justin Brogden Band to open the show.

On June 12 at The 8X10 in Baltimore MD, keyboardist and accordion master, Mookie Siegel will join the band. Siegel has played with such venerable talents as Bob Weir, Phil Lesh and Friends and has played for the past eight years with The David Nelson Band (New Riders of the Purple Sage).

At Alley Katz in Richmond on June 14 Blue Dog’s frontman Bobby Houck from Charleston SC will be featured.

With the core lineup of The Last Waltz Ensemble featuring Mark Kramer, Kevin Rustchman, Eric Reed, Kris “Jellyroll” Gloer, slide guitar guru Benji Shanks (Captain Soularcat), and Jason Fuller, the addition of special guests creates a chemistry and camaraderie that we have come to expect from The Last Waltz Ensemble.
