LCD Soundsystem Plays Intimate Show In Southern California
By Scott Bernstein Apr 12, 2016 • 8:29 am PDT

Last night, LCD Soundsystem played before a capacity crowd at the intimate Fox Theater in Pomona, California ahead of headlining the action on Friday night at Coachella. The band stuck with a similar setlist as their prior warmup shows in New York City with an exception.
The marquee of the venue read “Nothing To See Here” on one side and “Keep Moving” on the other. James Murphy & Co. treated fans to 17 songs with a mix of tunes from their three, full-length studio albums. LCD Soundsystem opened with “Us Vs. Them” last night instead of “Get Innocuous!” which opened both NYC performances. There were a few other changes to the order of Monday’s setlist as compared to the Webster Hall shows, but the big change was the addition of “Yr City’s A Sucker” as part of a three-song encore that also included “Dance Yourself Clean” and “All My Friends.” LCD Soundsystem will perform this Friday and the following Friday at Coachella.
