About

Connecticut Music Guru Frankie Bombaci had a dream – and are we glad he did! He thought, “Hey, what if I bring some up and coming local bands and let them play in the same scene with some well-known acts”. Everyone is happy, hears the best of the best music imaginable and has fun. He pulled it off and now everyone wants to do it again.

In fact, B.O.M.B. Fest 2009, an acronym for Bring Our Music Back, was such a huge success we’re continuing to plan festivals every year! We’re also continuing to scour the country looking for the coolest festival sites everywhere.

Originally scheduled to take place at Western Connecticut State University, B.O.M.B. Fest 2011 quickly out grew the site and has been moved to The Comcast Theatre in Hartford, CT.

B.O.M.B. Fest 2011 will feature even bigger stages and bigger acts. The festival marks the first time that The Comcast Theatre has hosted a non-profit event, and never one as unique as B.O.M.B. Fest. In addition to national talent, festival guests will experience more than over 25 local acts across multiple stages, delicious food vendors, unique craft vendors and one-of a kind art installations, all complemented by Comcast Theatre’s professional amenities - clean bathrooms, spacious parking lots and state of the art sound systems.

Here’s the best part of B.O.M.B. Fest! It’s all about the give back. Part of the money you spend will help kids who don’t have it so good….like the ones at The Hole In The Wall Gang Camp and Connecticut Children’s Hospital.

You’ll be the envy of all your friends if you make it to B.O.M.B. Fest…but better yet….just bring them along.
