Jay D Clark Jay D Clark has been touring since 2011, gaining many new fans with his energetic, inspired live shows. His sweet, soulful vocals relate conscious, catchy lyrical hooks in universally accessible songs. His feel-good roots, reggae, rock, funky, jam band style and unique touring process have helped carve his own niche.

JDC travels solo, playing with different backup bands from the places he travels to create unique live versions of his tunes flavored by the musical style and skill of talented bands and musicians he plays with. His music plays on college and indie radio stations globally & he's been featured on the internationally syndicated Coast to Coast AM radio show w/ over 3 million listeners.

JDC has played quality venues from New York City to Florida including Sullivan Hall (NYC), Parker House (Sea Girt, NJ), House of Blues (Atlantic City, NJ), World Cafe Live (Philly, PA), Seacrets (Ocean City, MD), Bourbon Street Live (Baltimore, MD), The Saloon @NC Music Factory (Charlotte, NC), House of Blues & Boathouse (Myrtle Beach, SC), Nowhere Bar (Athens, GA), HarborWalk Village Amphitheatre (Destin, FL), State Theatre (St Pete, FL), Adventure Island (Tampa, FL) and many more.

JDC has shared the stage with or played with members of bands like SOJA, The Movement, The Wailers, Ballyhoo, Maxi Priest, B Foundation, Supervillains, Sly & Robbie, Seedless, Echo Movement, John Brown's Body, Bad Brains, Matisyahu, Turbine, Jay Z, Lauryn Hill and more.

Philadelphia independent artist, singer, songwriter, actor, screenwriter, producer and director Jay D Clark has worked in front of and behind the scenes on many creative projects. He's written and performed original live music for years, including soundtrack work on his own movie projects - which have played international film festivals. In 2008, he recorded Fall of the City, his first full LP studio record in with multi-talented music & skate legend Chuck Treece. Rap star Schoolly D (Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Kings of New York) and Treece also worked on the soundtrack for the Historical Science-Fiction thriller Order of the Quest movie, written, produced-by, and co-starring Clark.

On Fall of the City, Chuck Treece arranged, played, and cut almost allof the musical instruments. Treece's impressive work resume includes gigs with acts like Bad Brains, Urge Overkill, Pearl Jam, Sting, Billy Joel, Slightly Stoopid, Mike Pinto, The Movement, Busta Rhymes, Ricky Martin, The Roots, Mariah Carey, Missy Elliot, G. Love, Dr Dre, King Britt, Santigold, McRad, and more.... The first record is still receiving college & indie radio station play nationally and abroad.
