Haakon's Fault Haakon's Fault is a progressive rock band from New York City - polished and deep, while remaining accessible and exciting. Applying the skills and predilections of jazz musicians to classic rock with a progressive attitude, they produce a heavy sound that they constantly push in new directions. The five members embody the eclectic style of New York City’s music scene, with each member bringing a unique musical vision and style to the band. Not falling into any obvious categories, they fuse a wide array of rock, funk, metal and jazz influences to create a unique and fresh sound, artfully balancing meticulously tight sections, driving choruses, and roaring solos.
