Originating out of MA and NC, Dan DiResta and Chaucer Barnes met
at Gettysburg College in 2002. After a few sessions of talkshop music
and chordal progressions, the two colleagues began to produce an
original sound. Having recently moved to Portland OR, Copacrescent
includes Dan on guitar, Chaucer on microphone, Chris Ponti on bass,
Steve Aman on keys and Rod Nightingale on drums. The group plays
live hip-hop, infused with everything under the sun.
