Lou Dog Trio
Lou Dog Trio The Lou Dog Trio began as a college cover band at the University of Oregon during the years 2001-2003. Back then, the band was called Finney, Skinny and the Hick, appropriately. The band lived under the same roof and played college parties and campus bars in Eugene, OR covering songs from Sublime, Weezer, Tom Petty and Green Day. Upon graduation, the band lost its drummer (Wild Bill) to a promising career on a corn farm in Iowa and Dustin and Jordan moved to San Francisco.

In the fall of 2006 in San Francisco, Dustin and Jordan got the idea of starting a Sublime tribute band and learned enough songs to put together a show. The next step was to acquire a drummer. In comes Joe McKane, a friend of a friend of a friend who we heard could beat down the drums real nice. We all shared the same obsession for Sublime and the first practice was an instant success.

The Lou Dog Trio is now doing shows throughout the West Coast and is having a great time doing it. The Lou Dog Trio is keeping Sublime’s music alive and bringing it to you live!
