Yesterdays New Quintet
Yesterdays New Quintet The Quintet, entirely produced and arranged by Madlib, came together in late 2000. Their debut recording was Elle's Theme (EP, 2001) followed by the album Angles Without Edges. Band members have gone on to an extended series of side projects - Sound Directions, Monk Hughes and the Outer Realm, and various solo recordings - all released on Stones Throw Records.
