Walter Parks
Walter Parks Walter Parks has established himself as a musician over the past three decades. He's toured the globe as the lead guitarist for Woodstock legend Richie Havens, founded the New York City-based folk-duo The Nudes, and is the bandleader of the swamp blues-outfit Swamp Cabbage. Parks stepped out on his own in 2010 to record a solo album, which is due out on Wildflower Records in March 2011. After making music in the Big Apple and spending time at a Buddhist monastery in France, Parks now calls Savannah, Georgia home. Walter is inspired by the swampy gospel blues that wails from storefront churches and roadhouses around Savannah.
