Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Kevin Watson is a songwriter whose diverse, open-minded nature shines through his songs in more ways than one. Like a kid in a genre candy store, his songs feature all kinds of flavors from folk and bluegrass to reggae and funk. Likewise, his lyrics touch on a number of topics that range from breaking through social expectations, to finding one's purpose, to exploring relationships. Regardless of style or content, though, it's his positive vibes and soulful delivery on stage that is quickly building his fan base wherever he plays.
