Uncle Otter Uncle Otter is a four piece Funk Fusion ensemble from Oxford, PA (Guitar, Bass, Keys and Drums) A highly eclectic cacophony of ear bending pleasure. Their most notable influences are the Fusion era of the mid 70's with the a blend of San Francisco Bay Area Funk. Not limited to but most certainly commonly treaded water.
