STRING THERAPY is a unique collaboration originating in central Ohio in 2001. The heart and soul of the band was certainly set for bluegrass, but the band has reached outside the box in its ongoing search for musical therapy. STRING THERAPY has played festivals and venues throughout the country, including Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, and New York, and the list goes on. The talent and high-energy of this multi-directional unit has shared the bill with the likes of Sam Bush, Tony Rice, Larry Keel, John Cowan, 3 Fox Drive, and Wildfire, just to name a few. The band covers a broad spectrum of music from “Stanley Brothers to Allman Brothers' and explores original material that establishes STRING THERAPY as one of today's premiere acoustic acts. Each member of the band is distinct in his own right. And, it's this individuality along with over 30 years combined experience that creates STRING THERAPY'S impressive musical element.
